2D endless runner mobile game
Help endangered wild animals! Escape from hunters and rescue rare caged birds to protect them. Fight illegal poaching and preserve these beautiful animals at risk of extinction while collecting various precious items!

Story
You can choose from a variety of animals to control while escaping hunters through the dense forest, avoiding being caught by various types of traps scattered around.
Dodge darts, nets, save the poor caged birds, and collect rare coins and shells to buy power-ups that can help you in tough situations.
You will be able to unlock new animals to play and learn more about each one through the fact book in the game's main menu, such as fun facts, habits, and their risk of extinction.
Development
For this project, which started in the second half of 2019, our challenge was to develop a mobile game and implement the in-app purchase and advertisement systems provided by Unity. Additionally, the game's focus had to be educational, so my partner and I focused on the theme of fighting illegal poaching.
We provided various types of fun facts and the extinction risks of the animals chosen for this game. We would have liked to implement several different mechanics so that each animal was unique, but due to the short development time (6 months), we focused on a base mechanic with different skins.
In this project, the division of work was crucial to implement various combinations in the endless runner scenario, making it challenging and fun in just the right way.
By the end of 2019, we managed to release the game on the Amazon Appstore for Android devices, with a fully functional in-app purchase and advertisement system. The game is free, and you just need to have the Amazon Store installed on your smartphone to download it.
